Arshak Bartoumian obtained his B.S. Management Information Systems/Business, California State University Northridge in 1996. Mr. Bartoumian obtained his Juris Doctorate from American College of Law in 1999 as the Salutatorian, and was admitted to practice Law in California in 2000. He has been admitted to practice law in California in both the state and federal courts, including the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Bartoumian has handled Civil, Criminal, Family Law, Federal, State, Appellate, Immigration, and Bankruptcy cases. Mr. Bartoumian was a Sigma Delta Kappa Member, has been awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Appellate Advocacy in 1999, and has been awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in U.C.C. in 1999. He is fluent in both Armenian and English. His passion is to help others who have been wronged, and keep the balance of fairness that is often lost in the legal and court systems.
