Mark L. Tseselsky graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara with Bachelor of Arts in History, High Honors. Mr. Tseselsky spent his Junior Year Abroad in England where he focused on modern British history. His Senior Honors Thesis on modern Britain earned him the nomination for the A. Russell Buchanan Award, which is given to graduating seniors for superior scholarship. Mr. Tseselsky was selected as the Commencement Speaker (Humanities) in 1999.
Mr. Tseselsky obtained his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 2004. While at Loyola, Mr. Tseselsky concentrated on obtaining practical trial experience. As a law student, he conducted preliminary hearings as part of the District Attorney Externship. Mr. Tseselsky was also active in Jewish Law Students Association.
In 2005, Mr. Tseselsky joined Law Offices of Vincent W. Davis & Associates. Mr. Tseselsky's focus is family law and criminal defense. He is practicing in both state and federal courts. Mr. Tseselsky is a member of Family Inn of Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is active in Eastern European Bar Association. Mr. Tseselsky is a fluent native speaker of Russian.
