The judge may have court ordered you to do a number of things in order for you to get your children back. This could involve counseling, drug testing, family therapy, parenting classes and a myriad of other things the judge felt necessary to improve your situation.
But you feel you’ve completed everything and you’re wondering why your children are still not home. First, we want to confirm that you were correctly informed about all of the steps you may need to finish. You may think parenting classes and drug course was enough. But if the judge mandated you attend individual therapy as well, you have not finished your court order.
